BurnBodyFat.blog is a static informational website about general fat-loss topics for adults. This page describes what data is and is not collected when you visit it, and it is written to match how the site actually operates.

Information We Receive
The site is served as static files through Cloudflare Pages (hosting and content delivery). We do not operate a visitor database and we do not build visitor profiles.
- Messages you send us: if you email us at [email protected], we receive your email address and whatever you write. We keep it only to answer you and to handle any follow-up about your message.
- Technical request data: like any website, our hosting provider processes standard request information (such as IP address, browser user agent, requested URL and time) to deliver pages and to protect the site against abuse. We do not use it to identify you or to build marketing profiles.
Cookies
Our pages do not set cookies of their own, and we do not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) may set strictly necessary security cookies, for example when it checks whether a request comes from a bot, and it caches pages to deliver them faster. These are not used to follow you across other websites. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings and still read every page here.
Analytics and Advertising
We do not display advertising, and we do not use advertising or cross-site tracking scripts. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, automatically adds its own privacy-first analytics measurement to the pages it serves for us (Cloudflare Web Analytics) so that we can see which pages are read. According to Cloudflare, that measurement does not use cookies or other client-side storage, does not fingerprint visitors through IP address or browser details, and reports aggregate figures only. If we ever add another analytics or advertising service, we will update this policy before it goes live, name the provider, and ask for consent first where the law requires it. Any future advertising will be clearly separated from editorial content and labelled as advertising.
Affiliate Links and Commercial Relationships
As of 10 October 2026, this site contains no affiliate links and we are not enrolled in any affiliate or paid-placement programme. If we add affiliate links in the future, each one will be labelled clearly next to the link itself, marked as a sponsored link in the page code, and the programme will be named on our Disclaimer page. A commission would never change what we recommend, and it would never cost you more.
Links to Other Websites
Our articles link to authoritative sources such as the NHS, WHO, CDC and peer-reviewed studies, and may link to other websites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of other sites; their own policies apply once you leave this one.
Children
This site is written for adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Your Choices
If you have contacted us by email, you can ask us to delete your message and your email address at any time by writing to [email protected]. Because we do not run analytics or advertising, there is no visitor profile on this site to access, correct or delete.
